Kūpuna Food & Fun (Congregate Dining & Wellness)
Kūpuna Food & Fun is a holistic wellness program for adults ages 60 and older that combines nutritious meals, social connection, and healthy aging activities in a welcoming community environment.
The program provides opportunities for kūpuna to stay active, build friendships, learn new skills, and engage in activities that support overall well-being. Whether participating in a wellness workshop, joining a fitness activity, or simply sharing a meal and conversation with others, Kūpuna Food & Fun helps older adults remain connected, engaged, and independent.
YMCA Locations: Kaimuki-Wai'alae, Kalihi, Leeward, Mililani, Windward, and Wai'anae

Eligibility: Open to YMCA members who are 60 years and older. Due to limited space, registration is required.
Cost:
- Participation in program activities is FREE thanks to generous support from the City & County of Honolulu Elderly Affairs Division.
- Donations are welcome and help support programs and services for kūpuna.
Program Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Meals are served onsite and are enjoyed alongside wellness, enrichment, and social activities.
How to Register
- Visit your preferred YMCA location during program hours and speak with the Kūpuna Coordinator to complete registration.
- Once enrolled in the program, meal orders are placed the week prior in-person at your Y location.
Kūpuna Food & Fun is offered in partnership with the City & County of Honolulu Elderly Affairs Division and supports the YMCA's commitment to helping kūpuna stay healthy, connected, and engaged in their communities.
