The YMCA offers early-morning childcare at schools before the school day begins. Depending on the school, the Before School Program (BSP) starts between 5:30-6:30am, Monday through Friday. The morning schedule includes supervised activities, breakfast, and being escorted to class. Program fees vary according to the individual school’s calendar.
Minimum enrollment must be met in order for the BSP program to open.

In the Y's After-School Program (ASP), students participate in enriching activities right at their school after the school day ends. The program includes a healthy snack, supervised homework time, and a wide variety of structured activities. Activities may include sports skills, cooking and nutrition, the Kidz Lit reading program, gardening, arts and crafts, singing, dancing, and drama.

In addition to ASP, the Y partners with the Department of Education to offer the A+ After-School Program for nearly 7,000 students in grades K-6.
